Hello, and welcome to my website! My name is Sarah, and I am a certified Reiki and holistic therapist with 19 years of experience in the field. I have a passion for helping people achieve optimal health and well-being through natural, holistic methods.

At my practise in Buxton I offer a range of Holistic therapies including Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Organic Facials and Student TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Acupuncture. My approach to therapy is to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms or the condition. I believe that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected and that by addressing all three, we can achieve true healing and balance. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Federation, the UK Reiki Federation and the National UK Therapists Register
